Jacqueline Waihenya has acquired substantial experience in perfecting securities for Company’s and financial institutions since 1997. She has prepared securities over both real estate properties and personal properties both tangible and intangible for Individuals, Companies, Cooperatives and joint ventures. In appropriate circumstances she has prepared two party and three party securities as well where the security belongs to third parties and are different from the borrowers. Jacqueline is proficient in drawing mortgages/charges, debentures and simple deposits Jacqueline Waihenya was on the Conveyancing Committee of the Mombasa Law Society and between 2012 – 2014.
